Obtaining
Mount - Famine can be obtained from defeating the Headless Horseman in the Arena during the Halloween Bash Event.
Defeating the Headless Horseman only drops one Mount - Famine.
Usage
After using Mount - Famine, lightning will hit the spot you are standing on and you will instantly mount-up a Skeleton Horse called Famine. The speed of Famine varies between summons.
