Bamboo can be planted on grass-related blocks, and will grow upwards until it reaches a random max height or a ceiling. Bamboo grants Herbalism XP and drops. Bamboo will not grant XP if the Bamboo block below it is broken first.

Obtaining
Bamboo may be obtained from Jungles, Swamps, and Lush Caves. Bamboo will also generate on Jungle Trees, including those grown by the player. Shears must be used to acquire Bamboo as an item.
Usage
6 Bamboo in a door shape can be used to craft Paper.
As automation is banned in Blockgame, Bamboo does not serve as an efficient renewable fuel source. Its only remaining uses are for Scaffolding and building using the Bamboo wood type.
