Tuff is an ornamental rock block, formed from volcanic ash, occurring in underground ore blobs.

Obtaining
Tuff can be mined using a pickaxe. If mined without a pickaxe, it drops nothing.
Usage
Tuff is primarily used as a building block or can be traded for Common Repair Powder at Miner Steve or for Gold Coins at the Stone Golem.
