Enchants and Buffs

There are many different buffs and enchantments in Blockgame that can help on your journey through the worlds.Some let you dig quicker, some let you run or swim faster, while others can leave you empty handed after death. Keep an eye out for buffs and enchantments on different gear, tools, and off hands as you progress through the game.

Enchants

Enchants are a modifies that affect items in Blockgame with a variety different (mostly) Beneficial effects. It is important to note that Blockgames enchants do differ from Minecraft's base enchantment system.

Enchants cannot be created or applied like in vanilla Minecraft. Instead some Weapons and Tools are crafted with enchants already applied to them.

Blockgame enchants do not have the same values as vanilla Minecraft enchants

Enchant	Effect
Unbreaking	Gives item a chance to not take damage
Silk Touch	Allows tools to break special specified blocks
Vanashing Curse	Causes item to disapear upon player death (does not affect items in backpack)

Buffs and Potion Effects

Buffs are changes that affect the player directly. Some buffs are granted from Potions, some are granted from tools, and some are granted by Utility Magic off hands.

Buff	Effect
Fast Digging	Increases the speed at which blocks are broken
Night Vision	Gives the player a better ability to see in the dark and underwater
Water Breathing	Grants the player the ability to be underwater indefinitely
Dolphins Grave	Give the player increased swimming speed
Regeneration	Continually regenerates players health for a specified amount of time.
Fire Resistance	Grants immunity to fire for a specified amount of time
Invisibility	Turns Player invisible for a specified amount of time.
Speed	Gives the player an increased moment speed on land
