More information can be found on the Minecraft Wiki at Unbreaking.

Unbreaking is an enchantment that gives a chance for an item to avoid durability reduction when it is used, effectively increasing the item's durability.

Obtaining

Unlike base Minecraft, there is no player enchanting in Blockgame, meaning that the player cannot consciously enchant an item with the effect. The enchantment still appears on most high-grade items crafted by the Origin craftsman.

Usage

Weapons, tools, and armor all have intrinsic durability, which depletes when using the items, taking damage, or dying.

The Unbreaking enchantment grants a 10% chance per level to prevent durability loss.
