The Curious Device can be obtained as a drop after deafeating Cinder in Krognar's Bastion.
The drop chance is extremely low!
Additionally, you can obtain it once by solving the secrets in Krognar's Bastion.
Usage
In combination with Uncanny Cube and Golden Capsule, it can be traded at Heptet for a Shifting Void.
