Copper Ore is a common mineral block that generates in all biomes, generating more frequently in Dripstone Caves. Copper Ore also generates in Ore Veins comprised of itself and Granite.

Deepslate Copper Ore is a variant of Copper Ore that can generate rarely at the top of the deepslate layer.

Obtaining

Both variants of Copper Ore drop Raw Copper when mined, or themselves if mined with a Fragile Pickaxe.

Usage

The Deepslate variant of Copper Ore.

The Raw Copper obtained from Copper Ore is smelted to obtain Copper Ingots. Copper Ingots are used in many pieces of Tier 2 equipment, Tools in particular.
