This is Blockgame, an MMO built on top of Minecraft as a base. Blockgame is currently developed by a small development team, Thor & notIrma(Jake), who wanted to make Minecraft into something with objectives, goals, and progression. You can gain EXP, sit on a mountain of coins, delve into terrifying dungeons, or build an empire with your friends.
Blockgame is built on a heavily modified version of MMOCore. They forked development and built their own features, exploit fixes, and systems into it. This lets them build anything they want into the game and have full control over it.
